We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind, incorrect size or preference, or other reasons not required by law. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at support@limsib.ca with your order number and details so we can review the issue. Any remedy required by applicable law will be provided.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Where a statutory right to cancel or return applies, including a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible orders shipped to consumers in the European Union, we will honor that right and provide any refund required by law.
